Who we are

This website is run by Combinative Education Ltd (company number 16594891) and Combinative Collective Ltd (company number 17471055), both registered in England and Wales at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at contactus@combinativeeducation.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact or referral forms we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number and your message. The referral form does not ask for, and we ask you not to include, a young person’s name, date of birth or details of their needs. We collect that information separately and securely when we speak to you.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries sent through this website are deleted automatically after 12 months unless they lead to ongoing work.

If you send us a careers enquiry, we use your details and any CV you attach only to consider you for current or future opportunities with Combinative Education. CVs are stored securely, can only be opened by our team, and are deleted along with the enquiry after 12 months unless you ask us to keep them on file.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Our website is hosted in the UK by our web provider, who processes data on our behalf. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the website (such as the pages you visit), which Google processes on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, but only if you choose Accept on the cookie message. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Our lawful basis for analytics is your consent.
